As first to arrive to the Mutewatch office most days, Peter is not just in charge of sales, but often manages the important task of starting the coffee machine. ”I enjoy having the early mornings to myself- it gives me time to focus and helps me to start off the day well”.
As the latest addition to the team, Peter Malmqvist has joined Mutewatch after a career in sales, with a degree from the IHM Business School in Stockholm. On a daily basis, Sales Manager Peter coordinates all sales efforts within the team as well as manages relationships with retailers in Scandinavia where the Mutewatch team wants to be seen. “I took on this job because I think that I can make a difference”, explains Peter, as he highlights how exciting it is to be a part of a fast-growing company like Mutewatch.
Peter hopes that working with a start-up will allow him to develop his creativity, something which is sure to help him in the kitchen. “My signature dish right now is fallow deer”, he explains, but quickly adds that this will change as soon as he is hit by the next wave of culinary inspiration.
When not in Stockholm, Peter enjoys spending time in two of his favorite cities: Geneva and Copenhagen. “The Danes are great people and Copenhagen is a beautiful place, I can see myself living there”. For now, however, Stockholm and Mutewatch top the list of priorities. Welcome to Mutewatch, good luck with your new job!
